1. Convert the decimal value 127 to binary.

Creating a converter from decimal to binary would be more difficult to construct because each value in the decimal column must be subtracted from the greatest binary value, without going over the decimal value. The matrix necessary to accomplish this would have to be able to determine which is the closest binary value to the decimal value, subtracting that value from the decimal value, and then reintegrating the difference to the next column to be evaluated.

AND Result 1 1 0 0 I can conclude that an AND operator on any value with a string of 1’s can isolate bits of information for application in request mode, it can also eliminate data irrelevant or data which is not considered priority data. An AND operator can consolidate gathered bits of data exclusive for its primary objective. AND operators provide multiple matrices and are considered one of my personal favorites for data manipulation; only on a much, much larger scale.

I have concluded that using an OR operator on any value with a string of 1’s can invert any given data. Imagine running AND, NOT and OR operators or gates, simultaneously. “Gates” are keys. These keys grant the user unequivocal universal of combinations. To even attempt to address the deviations would be futile; yet, they do exist.
