Romney vs. Obama
When we have faced down impossible odds; when we've been told that we're not ready, or that we shouldn't try, or that we can't, generations of Americans have responded with a simple creed that sums up the spirit of a people: Yes, we can” (Obama).The presidential debates between President Obama and governor Mitt Romney were certainly a game changer, with polls tightening among the two candidates in the final stretch of the campaign season. Obama has a clear lead. He gave great points throughout the second and third round, he also gave great responses in every question and to Romney, and he answers the questions completely, unlike Romney who goes around

He plans to take the money that nation has been spending on war over the last decade to rebuild America -- roads, bridges, schools; which creates a jobs and a better future.
As the debate continues on the question about gas prices is asked. Romney tells the audience that he is expected to help with gas companies and other natural resources and that he will do his best to bring down the prices on gas, unlike the president quote on quote. “When the president took office, the price of gasoline here in Nassau County was about a buck eighty-six a gallon. Now it's four bucks a gallon. Price of electricity is up.” A few moments later Candy refocuses the debate by asking president Obama if what Romney had just said was true.Obama quickly fights back and he gives a response that leaves the audience murmuring. He said “when I took office, the price of gasoline was a dollar eighty and now is about four dollars, Why is that? Because the economy was on the verge of collapse; because we were about to go through the worst recession since the Great Depression as a consequence of some of the same policies that Governor Romney is now promoting. So it's conceivable that Governor Romney could bring down gas prices, because with his policies we might be back in that same mess.” Of course Obama took the fight, he deserves to be president again. He was just stating what is true.
